Hangul – 한글

It looked like a code.

I wanted to crack it and read the lyrics myself.

When I first saw the Korean alphabet, it felt like a mysterious code – unfamiliar yet fascinating.

I didn’t just want to watch from a distance; I wanted to understand the characters, uncover their meanings, and listen to the stories behind them.

From this desire, my Bookkit was born.

처음 한글을 보았을 때,

그것은 마치 암호처럼 보였습니다.

나는 그 암호를 풀고,

가사와 문장을 스스로 읽고 싶어졌습니다.

낯설지만 묘하게 끌리는 문자,

의미를 알고 싶고,

그 안에 담긴 이야기를 듣고 싶었습니다.

멀리서 바라보는 것으로는 충분하지 않았습니다.

글자를 이해하고, 의미를 발견하고,

그 언어가 품고 있는 문화와 삶을 알고 싶었습니다.

이런 마음에서

나의 북키트(Bookkit)는 시작되었습니다.
